Job Description

Seeking an energetic HR Executive from the F&B/hospitality space, with a strong grip on recruitment. You'll own hiring end-to-end while supporting broader HR operations across our outlets.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for F&B roles — from sourcing to onboarding
  • Manage bulk and walk-in hiring to meet high-volume, seasonal demands
  • Partner with outlet heads on manpower planning and timely closures
  • Track attrition, conduct exit interviews, and flag retention risks
  • Support HR ops — documentation, attendance, compliance, and engagement
