Job Summary:

Happy Valley Infra LLP is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Handle onboarding and induction of new employees

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Assist in attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management

• Support employee engagement and retention activities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

• Address employee queries and provide HR support

• Minimum 6 months of HR experience (Real Estate preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office
