HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee queries and support conflict resolution
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR role (preferred but not mandatory for junior positions)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
