Job Description: HR Recruiter (Client Interview Specialist)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who can effectively manage end-to-end recruitment processes and confidently conduct client-facing interviews. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and candidates, ensuring the right talent is identified, assessed, and delivered as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Understand client requirements, job roles, and hiring expectations in detail
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, communication, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage client interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by briefing them about company, role, and expectations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand ongoing hiring needs
- Use job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods to attract quality candidates
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring status regularly
- Negotiate salary and close positions within deadlines
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand different job roles across industries
- Experience in conducting interviews and coordinating with clients
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
