Job Description:
Position: BPO Recruiter (For Bulk Hiring in BPO)
Location: Work from Home (Noida)
Company Name – RKN Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Salary – 16K-22K Per Month and Incentives
Graduate and 2+ Years’ Experience in Hiring in BPO is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to Understand the requirements.
Strong Experience with Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Apna, Job Hai Etc.
Should have hands on experience with Boolean String.
Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
Having Good Experience in BPO Hiring in Domestic and International Process.
Able to work on IT, Non IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare Domain Requirements.
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
