MoonAir is a fast-growing air cooler manufacturing and distribution company focused on building a high-performance channel network across India. With aggressive expansion plans in production, OEM partnerships, and distribution, we are building a system-driven organization designed for scale.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager who can build, structure, and scale the workforce across factory operations, sales teams, and corporate functions.

This is not a routine HR role.

This is a builder role — focused on hiring fast, enforcing discipline, and creating a performance-driven culture.

• Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & Workforce ScalingHire factory workers, supervisors, sales team, and back-office staff
• Manage contractor (thekedar) hiring and workforce availability
• Build pipelines for high-volume hiring (50–100+ workers when required)
• Ensure fast turnaround hiring (same-day / next-day closures)
• 2. Factory HR & Labor ManagementManage attendance, shift planning, and workforce allocation
• Ensure smooth operations across multiple production lines
• Handle worker issues, discipline, and conflict resolution
• Optimize workforce productivity and reduce dependency risks
• 3. Performance & Incentive SystemsImplement and track daily production incentives
• Build performance-based culture (output-driven, not time-driven)
• Monitor worker efficiency, absenteeism, and output per line
• Coordinate with operations for target vs actual tracking
• 4. HR Systems & ProcessesBuild SOPs for hiring, onboarding, and training
• Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
• Create structured processes for:
• Joining / Exit
• Salary & incentives
• Role clarity
• 5. Compliance & LegalEnsure compliance with:
• Labor laws
• Factory regulations
• POSH / ICC requirements
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections
• 6. Culture & DisciplineBuild a high-performance, no-excuses work culture
• Enforce discipline in:
• Attendance
• Work output
• Behavior
• Ensure alignment with company growth goals
• Required Skills & Experience3–8 years HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong experience in blue-collar workforce management
• Experience handling contract labor / factory environment
• Ability to hire fast under pressure
• Strong personality — can handle workers, contractors, and pressure situations
• System thinker — not just paperwork HR
