Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Identify and attract candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
