Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Hire for multiple roles:
  • Accounts Executive
  • Field Executives
  • City-wise Pickup Person
  • Train new employees and ensure proper role understanding
  • Create clear roles, responsibilities, and SOPs for each employee
  • Monitor daily work reports and maintain performance tracking
  • Coordinate with teams across different cities
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and accountability in the team
  • Improve hiring strategies and employee retention
  • RequirementsExperience in HR / Recruitment (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and teams
  • Basic understanding of reporting systems (Excel / Google Sheets)
