Experience: 0–3 Years
Industry: Staffing / Recruitment / FMCG / Retail Hiring
- 🔹 Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial screening
- Schedule interviews with clients / hiring managers
- Coordinate with candidates for interview & joining
- Follow up for documentation and onboarding
- Maintain candidate database and daily reports
- Handle bulk hiring when required
