Campus Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Campus Placements Recruiter to manage end-to-end campus hiring activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges, organizing recruitment drives, and onboarding fresh talent aligned with business requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
• Coordinate and conduct campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews/assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure smooth execution of apprenticeship and internship programs (if applicable).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Promote employer branding through campus engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campuses and hiring drives simultaneously.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
• Willingness to travel for campus drives and events.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in handling bulk hiring or apprenticeship programs.
• Familiarity with government skill development initiatives (NAPS/NATS).
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
