Job Description

A Human Resources (HR) professional manages the complete employee lifecycle. They act as the bridge between management and staff, handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and workplace policy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Mediate workplace conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, administer health insurance/perquisites, and conduct regular salary reviews.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance appraisal systems, track KPIs, and identify training needs.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure organizational practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations. Prospects +5

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Communication: Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Discretion: High integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking tools, and database management
