• Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the monthly payroll processing cycle.
• Maintain employee records and update HRMS accurately.
• Verify attendance, leave records, and statutory deductions.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with Full & Final (F&F) settlements and address payroll-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data accuracy.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn HR operations and payroll processes.
