Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify potential customers, and support the sales team by filtering serious prospects. This role requires strong calling experience, discipline, and the ability to handle lead conversations professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Conduct lead qualification by understanding budget, location, and intent
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM
- Perform cold calling when required
- Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover
- Ensure timely follow-ups and response to leads
Work Setup & Tools:
- This is a Work From Home role
- Company will provide access to all required cloud-based tools :
- PagarBook (attendance & tracking)
- NeoDove (calling & lead management)
Candidate must have:
- A laptop and mobile phone in proper working condition
- Stable high-speed WiFi connection
- A quiet/silent workspace for uninterrupted calling
Working Hours & Weekly Off:
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week (rotational)
- High responsiveness during working hours is expected
Office Visit Requirement:
- Candidate may be required to visit the office 1–2 times per month
- Office locations: Delhi / Lucknow
- All travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be covered by the company
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Lead generation
- Calling and lead qualification
- Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Comfortable with both inbound and cold calling
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience in franchise sales or business opportunity leads
Compensation Structure:
- Fixed Salary: 20,000 per month
- Weekly Incentives: 3,000 – 5,000 on achieving minimum performance benchmarks
- Additional Incentive: Extra payout if qualified leads result in successful franchise sales (performance-linked)
- No strict targets, but performance-based earnings opportunity
