Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives with experience in NBFC/Fintech, specifically in short-term personal loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and acquire new customers for short-term personal loan products
•Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to disbursement
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships
•Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
•Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Requirements:
•Prior experience in NBFC/Fintech or personal loan sales is mandatory
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Target-driven with a proactive approach
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
