Job Description
Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Delhi
Industry: FMCG (FMCG Back ground Preferred)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in Snacks company , with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage distributor networks.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Manage and expand distributor & dealer network
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Ensure strong market presence and brand visibility
- Maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Requirements:2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi market
- Experience in rice, pulses & grains industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle a team and meet targets
