Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller (Personal Loan) to contact potential customers, explain personal loan products, generate leads, and convert inquiries into successful loan applications. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of loan processes.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers to promote Personal Loan products

Explain loan features such as interest rate, tenure, EMI, eligibility, and documentation

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and database calling

Collect required customer details and share them with the sales/processing team

Follow up with interested customers until loan approval or closure

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems

Handle customer queries and address basic concerns professionally

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly disbursement targets

Ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Excellent Hindi/English( Basic) communication skills

Basic knowledge of personal loans or financial products

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage

Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or loan sales
