Inventory Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Zoho Inventory Specialist to oversee and optimize our digital inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Zoho Inventory platform, ensuring real-time stock accuracy, seamless e-commerce integrations, and efficient order fulfillment across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, maintain user tasks, and configure custom inventory workflows within Zoho Inventory.
• Catalog Management: Create and maintain item masters, SKUs, categories, HSN codes, and pricing rules.
• Order & Document Processing: Process Purchase Orders (PO), Bills, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Challans.
• Stock Tracking: Update stock received, stock transfers, stock adjustments, and track damaged inventory.
• Traceability & Locations: Manage batch numbers, serial numbers, and specific warehouse locations where applicable.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder reports to avoid stock shortages.
• Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse team for seamless inward and outward stock movement.
• Audits & Reconciliation: Reconcile physical inventory with Zoho Inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Operations Support: Support barcode management, product labeling, and periodic physical inventory audits.
• Reporting: Generate inventory, sales, purchase, and stock aging reports for management review.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and strict compliance with company SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience specifically managing and configuring Zoho Inventory (experience with Zoho Books or Zoho CRM is a big plus).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SKU mapping, barcode tracking, multi-warehouse management, HSN codes, and taxation documentation.
• Logistics Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment cycles, PO workflows, and managing courier partner integrations.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills using Zoho Reports or Excel to track supply chain metrics.
