Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

We need an IT Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in Desktop, Laptop, CCTV Camera, Networking, and Outlook troubleshooting work.

Skills Required:

• Desktop and Laptop installation and troubleshooting

• CCTV Camera installation and repair

• Networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, Router, Switch)

• Outlook email configuration and troubleshooting

• Printer installation and troubleshooting

• Windows installation and software support

• Hardware checking and replacement

• Remote and onsite support

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Good communication skills

• Ability to handle client complaints and support calls

• Immediate joining preferred
