About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track petty cash expenses.
• Process employee reimbursements and maintain related records.
• Maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Record daily financial transactions and update accounting records.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and invoices.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
• Ensure all financial documents are properly maintained and filed.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Familiarity with Excel
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
• Preferred prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance.
