Job Description
Candidate must have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Proactive approach to resolving client issues and improving service delivery.
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation services.
- Experience in sales and marketing within the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Visit client sites to understand their logistics needs and challenges.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to tailor proposals to client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
