Job Description

मुख्य उद्देश्य:रसोई के बर्तनों, कटलरी और खाना पकाने के उपकरणों की सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना ताकि संचालन में कोई बाधा न आए।

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:बर्तनों की सफाई: गंदे बर्तनों, गिलास, चांदी के बर्तनों (cutlery) और खाना पकाने के बर्तनों (pots & pans) को हाथ से या डिशवॉशिंग मशीन के जरिए धोना।
  • मशीन का रखरखाव: डिशवॉशिंग मशीन को सही तरीके से चलाना और उसकी सफाई सुनिश्चित करना।
  • स्वच्छता बनाए रखना: रसोई क्षेत्र, फर्श और बर्तनों को सुखाने वाली जगह को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना।
  • कचरा प्रबंधन: कूड़ेदानों को खाली करना और कचरे का सही तरीके से निपटान करना।
  • भंडारण: साफ किए गए बर्तनों और उपकरणों को उनके निर्धारित स्थान पर सही ढंग से रखना।
  • सहायता: आवश्यकता पड़ने पर शेफ की मदद करना (जैसे सब्जियां छीलना या सफाई में मदद करना)।
  • सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन: रसायनों (chemicals) और सफाई के उपकरणों का सुरक्षित उपयोग करना।
  • योग्यता और कौशल:कार्य अनुभव: पहले किसी रेस्तरां या होटल में काम करने का अनुभव (अनिवार्य नहीं, लेकिन प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।
  • शारीरिक क्षमता: लंबे समय तक खड़े रहने और भारी बर्तन उठाने की क्षमता।
  • समय की पाबंदी: शिफ्ट के अनुसार समय पर काम पर आना।
  • टीम वर्क: रसोई के अन्य कर्मचारियों के साथ मिलकर काम करने का कौशल।
  • काम का माहौल:काम के दौरान गर्म और नमी वाले वातावरण में रहना पड़ सकता है।

सप्ताहांत (Weekends) और त्योहारों पर काम करने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।
