मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)लैपटॉप की हार्डवेयर एवं चिप लेवल समस्याओं का निदान (Diagnosis) करना।
- मदरबोर्ड की ट्रबलशूटिंग एवं रिपेयर करना।
- मल्टीमीटर, DC Power Supply एवं Oscilloscope जैसे उपकरणों का उपयोग करना।
- SMD Components, IC, MOSFET, Capacitor, Resistor, Diode आदि की जांच एवं रिप्लेसमेंट करना।
- BIOS Programming एवं BIOS IC Flashing करना।
- BGA IC की पहचान करना एवं Reballing / Replacement की जानकारी होना।
- No Power, No Display, Auto On, Shorting, Charging Issue, Dead Motherboard जैसी समस्याओं को ठीक करना।
- Laptop Schematic एवं Board View के अनुसार Fault Finding करना।
- Repair के बाद Quality Testing करना एवं Laptop को पूर्ण रूप से टेस्ट करना।
- रिपेयर रिपोर्ट एवं सर्विस रिकॉर्ड को अपडेट रखना।
- ग्राहक के डाटा की सुरक्षा एवं गोपनीयता बनाए रखना।
- कार्यस्थल एवं उपकरणों की साफ-सफाई एवं रखरखाव करना।
आवश्यक योग्यता (Qualification)
- ITI / Diploma / 12वीं / Graduation (तकनीकी क्षेत्र को प्राथमिकता)
- Laptop Chip Level Repairing का Certificate या Practical Knowledge
- Fresher एवं Experienced दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
आवश्यक कौशल (Skills Required)
- Laptop Hardware एवं Motherboard Repairing का ज्ञान।
- Circuit Diagram एवं Board View पढ़ने की क्षमता।
- Multimeter एवं Soldering Station का अनुभव।
- BIOS Programming की जानकारी।
- SMD Soldering एवं Component Replacement का अनुभव।
- Technical Problem Solving Skills।
- Team में कार्य करने एवं समय पर कार्य पूरा करने की क्षमता।
