Laser Cutting Operator (Cooker Lid & Bottom Specialist)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator to handle precision cutting for Pressure Cooker Lids and Bottoms. The focus of this role is to ensure perfect oval and circular cuts on sheet metal components, maintaining high standards of finishing and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Fiber Laser Cutting machines for daily production.
• Perform high-precision laser cutting specifically on Pressure Cooker Bottoms and Lids.
• Perform precise Oval cutting on pressure cooker bodies based on technical drawings or CAD designs.
• Adjust machine parameters (power, speed, gas pressure) according to the thickness of Aluminium and Stainless Steel sheets.
• Conduct quality inspections after cutting to ensure smooth finishing and accuracy.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the laser machine.
• Ensure perfect alignment and dimensions for lid fittings and bottom induction/components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: ITI (Machinist / Sheet Metal Worker) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in laser cutting (Candidates from the Utensils/Kitchenware industry will be preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of CAD software and ability to handle the machine control panel.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in measurements and a focus on high-quality finishing for oval shapes.
• Basic machine maintenance knowledge.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of Sheet Metal Cutting.
• Ability to read technical drawings.

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates residing in or near North Delhi, Narela, Bawana, Alipur, Rohini, Burari, Kundli, Sonipat and nearby areas will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
