About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage daily coordination with logistics partners and warehouses. The ideal candidate should be organized, good at follow-ups, and comfortable communicating over phone and email.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily with transporters and logistics partners.
• Schedule pickups and delivery appointments.
• Track shipments and update dispatch records in Excel.
• Follow up on delayed shipments and resolve basic delivery issues.
• Handle phone calls and email communication with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and coordination logs.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely dispatches.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable making multiple follow-up calls during the day.
• Willing to work from Bawana Industrial Area.
• QualificationGraduate or pursuing graduation.
