Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing & Shipping Executive to manage daily order fulfillment operations.
- ResponsibilitiesPrint and manage shipping labels for customer orders
- Pack products securely and accurately
- Verify order details before dispatch
- Contact customers via WhatsApp or phone to confirm delivery addresses when required
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and shipments
- Update order and shipment status in the system
- Handle return and replacement shipments
- Maintain packing materials and inventory records
- Ensure timely dispatch of all orders
- RequirementsBasic computer skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with courier/shipping portals such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc. (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet daily dispatch targets
- Working HoursFull-time: [Specify Timing]
- 6 days a week
- Salary₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
