Job Description
NDR & Reverse Logistics Management
- Direct NDR Operations: Overlook the processing of daily NDR queues generated by 3PL partners.
- Reduce RTO Rates: Develop and implement targeted reduction strategies to lower failed delivery rates and prevent unnecessary return shipping costs.
- Address Exceptions: Investigate recurring failure patterns (e.g., fake delivery attempts, wrong addresses, customer refusals) and initiate root cause analysis (RCA).
- Reattempt Coordination: Supervise the deployment of instant reattempt triggers by coordinating with internal customer support and courier tech panels. [1, 2, 3, 4]
