Job Opening: Procurement Operations Specialist

Our client, an Irish-domiciled multinational company providing consulting and processing services, is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to join their team in Noida.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Possess knowledge of Procurement Operations
• Familiarity with SAP/ARIBA is an added advantage
• Understand workflow, exceptions, and deviations
• Ability to adapt to diverse work instructions and frequent changes in workflow
• Manage tasks within agreed TAT and Quality %
• Communicate with client teams via chat and calls as needed
• Take action as a subject matter expert in case of unforeseen risks
• Have 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar domain
• Flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment with 2 rotational week offs
• MS Office (Excel) knowledge is preferred

• Relevant experience in Procurement
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and on 3rd-party payroll
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Key skills required: Procurement operation, Procure to pay, SCM
