Business Development Executive – Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding project requirements, and driving sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through architects, interior designers, builders, referrals, and direct client interactions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture, interior design, or building material sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)
