Job Description

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Healthcare Sales Executives / Telecallers who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain healthcare packages and diagnostic services.
  • Convert leads into successful bookings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health packages.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain call records and CRM updates.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • EligibilityExcellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Healthcare Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking Sales or Customer Support is preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
