Logistics OperationsPlan, coordinate, and monitor daily vehicle dispatch, pickup, and delivery activities.Ensure timely movement of goods and smooth transportation operations.Coordinate with drivers, transporters, vendors, warehouses, and customers.

Track shipments and resolve transit or delivery-related issues.Maintain POD, LR, e-way bill, trip sheet, and dispatch documentation.MIS ManagementPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports.Update.

Analyze dispatch, billing, fuel, trip, and operational performance data.Generate reports, dashboards, and management summaries.Ensure data accuracy, record maintenance, and timely reporting.

Operations ManagementMonitor end-to-end operational workflow and service performance.Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth execution.

Track billing status, pending deliveries, vendor payments, and customer requirements.

Handle operational escalations and implement corrective actions.Support process improvement, cost control, and compliance with company SOPs.

Documentation & CompliancePrepare and verify invoices, challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.Maintain contracts, permits, insurance, and statutory records.Support audit, GST, billing, and compliance-related documentation.
