Position Overview

Ahimanshi Properties is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Market Research & MIS Executive to strengthen its business intelligence and reporting capabilities in the Gurugram real estate market. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics who can translate data into actionable insights, ensure data accuracy, and support decision-making across sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage end-to-end MIS reporting across platforms such as MagicBricks, 99acres, and NoBroker.

·        Maintain and validate property listings, lead databases, and sales MIS with high accuracy.

·        Develop and track key metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, sales pipeline, and booking trends.

·        Conduct market research (primary and secondary) to analyze pricing trends, inventory movement, and sector-wise demand.

·        Extract and validate property data from government portals (MCG, HUDA, and other authorities).

·        Maintain documentation related to property transactions including registry, mutation, jamabandi, and other legal records.

·        Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline data collection, reporting, and performance tracking.

·        Build reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries using Excel or BI tools to support management decisions.

·        Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across all reporting systems.

·        Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity across residential, commercial, and plotted developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

·        2–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or business analytics (real estate experience preferred).

·        Strong understanding of data handling, reporting structures, and KPI tracking.

·        Familiarity with Gurugram real estate, HUDA sectors, and property documentation is a plus.

·        Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data handling); exposure to BI tools like Power BI is preferred.

·        Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data validation skills.

·        Ability to manage large datasets and generate actionable insights.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, or related fields in Business, Commerce, or Computer Applications.
