Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to manage the end-to-end loan processing operations, including file login, documentation verification, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and disbursement tracking. The candidate will ensure smooth processing of loan applications while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

Loan Login Operations

• Handle loan file login process for products such as Personal Loans and Business Loans.
• Verify customer documents and ensure completeness before login.
• Coordinate with sales teams for pending documents and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records of logged-in cases and status updates.
• Upload and process applications on lender portals.

Documentation & Verification

• Check KYC, banking, income, and business documents as per lender requirements.
• Ensure files are compliant with bank/NBFC policies.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Coordination & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for case processing.
• Follow up regularly for approvals, queries, and sanction updates.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth movement of files.

Disbursement Process

• Track approved files until final disbursement.
• Coordinate with customers and lenders for pending formalities.
• Ensure timely disbursement and maintain disbursement records.
• Share daily MIS/reporting of login, approval, and disbursement status.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily operational reports and productivity trackers.
• Maintain database of logged-in, approved, rejected, and disbursed files.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of loan processing and banking documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of lender portals and Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in loan operations/logins/disbursement preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Loan Operations or BFSI sector preferred.

• As per company standards and experience.
