About us Spice Grill and Flame is India’s fastest growing pure vegetarian food chain with lip smacking taste. We have 24 plus outlets in Delhi/ NCR and 60 plus outlets pan India serving over 1 lakh meals in a month. Our outlets are operational 365 days. Our Corp office is based out of Netaji Subhash Place. Location: Any outlets in Delhi Your day to day • Coordinating with all the restaurant managers for managing daily operations • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints • Maintain roster for the team members in the restaurants • Ensuring that the hygiene of staff is adhered to as per the standard operating policy of SGF • Organize and supervise shifts of all the managers and staff • Making sure that the maangers are ordering goods and kitchen utensils on time. • Keeping a check on hygiene and cleanliness of the outlets • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices What we require from you • Minimum bachelors with 5 years of experience in hospitality. • Experience in restaurants, take-away outlets would be preferred • Good communication skills • Ability to work in flexible shift timings • Quick learner and ability to work in challenging environment What we offer As SGF is expanding pan India and aiming to open 100 plus outlets by the end of 2023 we provide you with tremendous growth opportunities with exciting compensation benefits.
