You will manage incoming emergency alerts, coordinate critical roadside logistics, and ensure stranded passengers are safely transitioned out of breakdown situations. This role demands a calm demeanor, sharp problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering hospitality-level service during stressful events.Key ResponsibilitiesIncident Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or technical failures.Emergency Coordination: Rapidly dispatch appropriate towing services, flatbed trucks, and technical roadside assistance to the breakdown site.Passenger Logistics: Arrange alternative travel solutions, including prompt taxi drops, to ensure customers get home or to their destinations safely.Client Communication: Provide clear, empathetic, and real-time updates to distressed premium car owners regarding help arrival times.Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate closely with premium car companies, service centers, and third-party vendor networks to streamline vehicle recovery.Data Logging: Accurately document incident details, response times, and resolution paths within the internal operations CRM.Required QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or emergency assistance roles (hospitality or automotive experience is a major plus).Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle high-stress customer interactions gracefully.Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking abilities to make quick logistics decisions on the fly.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in handling CRM software, tracking tools, and digital maps (Google Maps, GPS logistics tools).Availability: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as roadside emergencies happen 24/7.
