About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Outbound Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to persuade customers and close sales over calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch company products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Address customer queries and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Eligibility CriteriaUndergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Graduate candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Maximum age: 30 years.
• Salary & BenefitsCTC: ₹23,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: ₹19,300 per month
• Attractive monthly incentives up to ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
