Job Description
Job Opening: Outlet Manager – Kalaadi King
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Preference: Local candidates from Pitampura preferred
Position: Outlet Manager
- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with Petpooja Software for:
- Order punching
- Inventory management
- Billing & outlet operations
- Candidate should have a Continental Chef background and be capable of preparing:
- Pizza
- Garlic Bread
- Burgers
- All types of Momos
- Shakes
- Mojitos
- Ensure proper stock and inventory management.
- Drive daily and monthly sales growth of the outlet.
- Manage and supervise outlet staff performance and scheduling.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Requirements:Experience in food outlet / QSR / café / restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
