Job Description

काम का विवरण (Job Summary):

हमें अपनी मेडिसिन डिस्पैच यूनिट के लिए मेहनती और ध्यान से काम करने वाले पैकिंग और लेबलिंग स्टाफ की जरूरत है। आपका मुख्य काम दवाइयों की सुरक्षित पैकिंग करना, उन पर सही लेबल (Sticker) चिपकाना और उन्हें भेजने के लिए तैयार करना होगा।



मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (काम क्या करना होगा):

  • लेबलिंग (Labelling): दवाई की बोतलों, डिब्बों या स्ट्रिप्स पर MRP, बैच नंबर, एक्सपायरी डेट और बारकोड वाले लेबल ध्यान से चिपकाना।
  • पैकिंग (Packing): पैकिंग लिस्ट के अनुसार दवाइयों को सुरक्षित तरीके से गत्ते के डिब्बों (Cartons) में पैक करना।
  • क्वालिटी चेक (Quality Check): यह चेक करना कि दवाइयों की सील टूटी न हो और लेबल पर सब कुछ साफ-साफ छपा हो।
  • शॉर्टिंग (Sorting): पैक किए गए डिब्बों को उनके नाम या कैटेगरी के हिसाब से अलग-अलग जगह पर रखना।
  • सफाई (Hygiene): दवाइयों के नियमों के अनुसार पैकिंग एरिया में पूरी तरह साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना।



योग्यता (Requirements):

  • पढ़ाई: कम से कम 10वीं या 12वीं पास (दवाइयों के नाम और लेबल पढ़ने के लिए बुनियादी हिंदी/इंग्लिश पढ़ना आना जरूरी है)।
  • अनुभव: फ्रेशर्स (Freshers) का स्वागत है। अगर पहले किसी फार्मा या वेयरहाउस में पैकिंग का अनुभव है, तो प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
  • जरूरी हुनर: काम में अच्छी स्पीड, फुर्ती और ध्यान से काम करने की आदत (दवाइयां आपस में मिक्स नहीं होनी चाहिए)।
  • उम्र सीमा: 18 से 35 वर्ष।



सैलरी और सुविधाएं (Salary & Benefits):

  • सैलरी: ₹[यहाँ सैलरी डालें, जैसे: 12,000 - 15,000] महीना।
  • ड्यूटी का समय: ( 9 ghante ki sift hai ,जैसे: सुबह 9:00 से शाम 6:00 बजे तक]।
  • ओवरटाइम (OT): काम के दबाव के अनुसार ओवरटाइम का पैसा अलग से दिया जाएगा।
