🔹 Job Role:Patient Care Assistant
🔹 Job Purpose:Patients ki daily care karna, unki needs samajhna aur unhe safe, clean aur comfortable environment dena.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Patients ki daily activities me help karna (nahana, kapde badalna, khana khilana)
- Patient ki health condition par nazar rakhna aur changes report karna
- Doctor aur nurse ke instructions follow karna
- Medicines aur treatment me help karna (as per instructions)
- Room aur surroundings clean aur hygienic rakhna
- Patient aur family ke saath polite behavior maintain karna
- 🔹 Shift Details:24 Hours (Live-in Care):Patient ke saath rehna hoga
- Stay aur khana free milega
- 12 Hours Shift:Day Shift
- Night Shift
- 🔹 Benefits:Free stay & food (24 hours duty ke liye)
- Timely salary
- Safe working environment
- 🔹 Qualification:Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Patient care ka experience ya certificate (preferred)
