Job Description
Govinda Medicenter is looking for a dedicated and organized Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic office-based role that combines customer interaction with backend operations. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Handling outbound and inbound calls to coordinate orders, confirm prescriptions, and provide updates to patients.
- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels, checking for expired products, and assisting with the intake of new medical stock.
- Packaging & Dispatch: Carefully packing medicines according to safety standards and preparing them for delivery or pickup.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining clean and organized digital and physical records of sales and inventory.
- Coordination: Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all orders.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Candidates with a background in Science or Pharmacy preferred).
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, good verbal communication (local language and basic English), and strong organizational skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is a plus, but freshers with a quick learning ability are welcome to apply.
- Attributes: High attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
