Job Description – Accountant

Responsible for purchase accounting in Tally, statutory reconciliations (ITC & TDS), and supporting key financial reporting activities including cash flow and P&L statements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Record and verify purchase transactions in Tally.
2. Perform ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B and coordinate vendor corrections.
3. Handle TDS deduction, booking, and reconciliation with Form 26AS.
4. Assist in preparation of Cash Flow and P&L statements.
5. Maintain accurate books, ledgers, and reconciliations (bank/vendor).

Requirements

1. B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
2. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
3. Working knowledge of GST, ITC, and TDS compliance.
4. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
