Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Promote company products through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Coordinate with existing and prospective customers regarding product inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve basic queries.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team and management
