Job Description
- Job Title: Purchase Executive (Restaurant) Urgent Hiring
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Location South ex Part 2 Delhi
- Job Responsibilities:Purchase food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and packaging materials
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for daily and bulk orders
- Compare prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Check quality and freshness of items received
- Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages or wastage
- Keep records of bills, invoices, and purchase entries
- Work closely with kitchen and store team
- Requirements:Graduate or relevant experience in restaurant purchasing
- Basic knowledge of food items and inventory management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Excel / billing software
- 1–2 years experience preferred
