Job Description
Job Overview
We are hiring a Quality Check & Fabrication Engineer who will be responsible for both quality control and fabrication supervision/execution of UPVC and Aluminium doors & windows.
This role requires a hands-on candidate who understands fabrication processes and can ensure high-quality output from production to final installation.
- Key Responsibilities1. Fabrication Work & SupervisionPerform and supervise fabrication processes (cutting, welding, routing, assembly)
- Ensure correct usage of machines and tools
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions as per drawings
- Guide workers on proper fabrication techniques
- 2. Raw Material InspectionInspect UPVC profiles, aluminium sections, glass, and hardware
- Verify thickness, finish, and durability
- Reject or report defective materials
- 3. In-Process Quality ControlMonitor fabrication quality during production
- Ensure proper welding joints, alignment, and finishing
- Check dimensions as per design specifications
