Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Factory Manager / Production Supervisor to oversee production processes, manage workforce efficiency, and ensure quality standards in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth production flow, optimizing resources, and implementing best practices for productivity and safety.

• Key Responsibilities:Production Management:Plan, organize, and supervise factory operations to meet production targets.
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
• Optimize workflow and reduce production bottlenecks.
• Quality & Process Control:Ensure products meet quality standards and company specifications.
• Implement quality control measures and resolve production issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Workforce & Team Supervision:Manage and train production staff to enhance efficiency and skills.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure a safe and disciplined work environment.
• Inventory & Equipment Maintenance:Oversee raw material usage and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of machinery and equipment.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement:Prepare reports on production efficiency, wastage, and downtime.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement lean manufacturing and best operational practices.
• Requirements:Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Production Supervisor, or a similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.

Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
