Job Description

*Key Responsibilities*


• Lead Generation & Follow-ups

• Identify potential buyers through calls, site visits, references, and marketing campaigns

• Maintain a database of prospects and regularly follow up

• Client Handling

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Conduct meetings, calls, and presentations

• Site Visits & Property Tours

• Arrange and accompany clients on site visits

• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits

• Sales Closure

• Negotiate deals and convert leads into sales

• Assist clients with documentation and booking process

• Coordination

• Work with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal) for smooth transactions
