Job Summary:
Jessica Fincorp is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) with tie-ups across leading government/private banks and NBFCs. We are hiring a Sales Manager to handle leads provided by callers, meet customers, and drive sales for Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Overdraft (OD), Cash Credit (CC), CGTMSE, and Business Loans (BL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads generated by tele-callers and convert them into business
- Meet customers to understand requirements and pitch suitable loan products
- Source and close loan cases through multiple bank/NBFC partners
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with lenders for approvals, documentation, and disbursement
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in loan sales (HL/LAP/BL/OD/CC preferred)
- Strong communication, sales, and client handling skills
- Comfortable with field work and customer meetings
- Target-oriented and self-driven
