Receptionist cum Telecaller
Location: Nangloi
Experience: 1–2 years
Job Overview:
Join our team as a professional Receptionist cum Telecaller! You will manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls/emails, and support our sales team through client follow-ups and telecalling. Be the friendly first point of contact for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors & manage front desk tasks.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls & emails professionally.
- Promote products/services to leads and existing clients.
- Maintain call reports, lead status & CRM updates.
Requirements:
- 12th pass or graduate.
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
