Job Description
We are looking for a professional, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist who can create an excellent first impression for every visitor. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to support the sales team by welcoming customers and encouraging business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome and greet all customers, visitors, and business partners professionally.
● Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable products.
● Build a positive relationship with walk-in customers and encourage them to place orders.
● Support the sales team by converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
● Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
● Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
● Record customer details and maintain visitor and inquiry registers.
● Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth customer service.
● Schedule appointments and meetings when required.
● Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Required Skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
● Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification
● Graduate or equivalent.
● 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Sales.
● Experience in the wholesale or garment industry is an added advantage.
