Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients for label/tag requirements .
  • Prepare and follow up orders
  • Work closely with production/printing teams to ensure correct specifications
  • Track order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
  • Handle client revisions and approvals (artwork, samples, proofs)
  • Maintain customer records and repeat orders
