Job Description
* Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
* Convince and guide customers regarding loan and vehicle-related services.
* Follow up regularly with vendors for pending documents and file completion.
* Coordinate with the backend team for loan login, documentation, and processing activities.
* Ensure all customer and vendor files are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
* Support sales activities for loan services and car sale/resale operations.
* Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
* Maintain proper records of customer interactions, files, and follow-ups.
* Achieve daily and monthly coordination and sales targets.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
* Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.
